-
Is There A Late Policy?
Yes
We understand that sometimes life gets in the way - therefore we allow a grace period of up to 15 minutes to arrive to your appointment.
Please understand that we might have to re-schedule your visit if you arrive later than 15 minutes as this might otherwise interfere with other patient’s time - we will do our best to accommodate you in the following hour should scheduling allow.
-
What Happens If I Miss A Visit?
Re-schedule
Should you miss a scheduled visit without calling and canceling prior to the date of the appointment, you can always re-schedule to make up your missed visit.
However, should you have 2 consecutive no-shows, we will have to discharge you and notify your referring physician.
-
How Long Will My Visit Take?
45 minutes to 1 hour
Typically, patients can expect to set aside up to 1 hour to be in the clinic. Times will vary depending on your treatment plan.
-
Who Can Accompany Me?
Caretakers
We do ask that patients come by themselves to scheduled appointments. However, if you are a patient with a caretaker, you may be accompanied by your caretaker during your visit.
-
Can I Be Seen for Multiple Body Parts?

However, visits for multiple body parts may alternate with each visit.
For example, if a patient is referred for their lower back and shoulder, they may be scheduled one day for the shoulder and the next day for their lower back.
